Fees and Payments

  • Professional fees shall generally be payable 100% in advance before commencement of work.

  • Work shall commence only after realization of the applicable fees.

  • Government fees, stamp duty, filing fees and third-party charges shall be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

  • Lexup India reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in case of non-payment.
